Team Building Event👊

Break the ice and break a sweat as RockBox helps co-workers, wedding parties, fraternity brothers, sorority sisters ditch the awkward trust falls and bond through high-energy, coach-led workouts. Our workouts can build real trust, communication, and resilience — one jab, cross and roundhouse at a time - all while having a ton of Fun. Competition can be easily incorporated.

Athletic Team Event💪

Get your athletes out of the routine and into our gym where our adaptive workouts can target strength, power, endurance, agility all while testing their mental toughness. Whether it’s preseason prep or off-season training, RockBox challenges teams to level up together with a fun and novel workout.

Fitness Evaluation (Coaches/Military Recruiters) 💪

Need to assess grit, coordination, and cardio performance in a controlled environment? RockBox provides a scalable, structured workout format ideal for evaluating physical capability under pressure.

Kids’ Party (Ages 12+)🎉

Ditch the sugar-fueled chaos and give them a birthday bash that kicks back — literally. With fun, energetic workouts and a party atmosphere, RockBox is a knockout way to celebrate, while building confidence and encouraging a healthy lifestyle.

Up to 20 participants
